    Such a game changing way to lengthen and strengthen building those deep core muscles :) A great one to add to your weekly routine for full body stabilization.

    A few times I say press your lower back into the ball when I mean the ground! (You'll know what I mean!)

  • Chair Workout 1

    Full Body workout just using a chair! You may want a mat :)

    This one is fun, challenging, and mostly low impact.

    You asked for more bodyweight workouts on the floor! And I agreed that they were my fav too! 25 Min. No equipment- just a yoga mat. Beginner Friendly. Lots of core! Lots of lengthening and strengthening!

  • Twenty21- Full Body Chipper - no weights

    Short Chipper (Counting down lots of reps!) Full Body Workout.
    We do jump a bit but modifications are ALWAYS acceptable. :)
    This is a great one to play some music along the workout.
