    21 Minutes of Legs and Booty! You can use a washcloth or socks if you don't have a slider. Only equipment is the sliding item. :)

  • Twenty21- Upper Body with Weights

    21 Minutes of arms, chest, and shoulders strength training! I use 2 sets of weights here- a light and a medium.

    21 Minutes of Push Ups and Pushing Inspired Movement!
    Challenging but VERY doable. The kind of workout you can constantly go back to as you get stronger. :)

    If you don't have a slider, you can still do this workout. :) You can use a washcloth, t shirt, or plastic lid if you're on a carpet. Remember to engage your core while using a slider. 21 Minutes of arms plus abs.

    21 Minute Glute workout for trendy, toned glutes! No equipment. :)

  • Twenty21 - 1 Weight Wonder

    All you need is 1 weight! I use a 5lb weight but you can also use anything you have at home. Full Body with focus on upper body. :)
