  • Long Yoga!

    A longer yoga flow! On the more challenging side, but child's pose is always a great option for when things are too challenging! All you need is a yoga mat and an open heart <3

  • Drop It Down (60,40,20)

    4 Combos, 3 rounds! First round is 60 seconds, second is 40, and third is 20 seconds!
    No equipment needed. :)

  • Yoga PLUS!

    Full Body Flow! Yoga PLUS core work, legs and some booty! Active yoga flow :)

    All you need is a yoga mat or towel!

  • Big Ball Workout!

    Equipment: Big Exercise Ball
    Such a game changing way to lengthen and strengthen building those deep core muscles :) A great one to add to your weekly routine for full body stabilization.

    A few times I say press your lower back into the ball when I mean the ground! (You'll know what I mean!)
