    Full Body Workout combining core work, yoga, and cardio for a full body burn! Featuring Trumpet Man on a nearby balcony! But seriously, this is my favorite way to move and a must do workout for every week!

  • Beginner Full Body with Challenging Options - Body Weight

    Full Body on the beach! Great for beginners as well as more advanced athletes. Great for those with shoulder limitations. Back to basics and challenging modifications for those who want a more intense workout.

  • Full Body Express

    A Full Body Express Workout using 5lb weights with Julia.
    You can use bean cans or water bottles as well!

  • Warm It Up- Just the HIIt

    Just the HIIT! Great to do when you have a show or another type of workout and just want the cardio part of the workout!
